Send notices to support@sourcedstory.comwith the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Incomplete notices may delay processing.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it. We do not pre-screen content for infringement before a notice is filed.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, Arizona) and that you’ll accept service of process from the notifying party. Unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
